Ulla Lehtinen

I have a master of arts degree in pedagogics. However, more than that I've been educated by my long and versatile working carreer: I have worked for instance as an executive of a working center, as a bringing-up executive, as an education designer and as a work trainer in a plan for supported employment. I came to the Suvimäki clubhouse in November 2001. I first worked as an instructor and from the beginning of 2003 as an executive. I have participated in international clubhouse-training at Gateway House in 2002. In Finland's network of FH-clubhouses I have been a member of government since 2004, and I worked as the chairman of the network association from 2005 to 2007. I still participate in the support team of the network's quality project.

In my sparetime I enjoy spending time with my family. My family consists of two almost adult sons to add to my husband. I like to watch movies, read detective stories and travel. Outing in nature in the company with good friends is also important. Furthermore, I'm interested in stydying: I did the degree of active groupwork instructor, and after that the work instructor education.

Education and work experience

I am educated mainly as practical nurse and I am also educated nearly all the way as Computer support person! Basic education is highschool graduation and I guess that the year was 1996!

Working

I have beeb working these different places: warehouse, moving helper when JKL munincipality house was under heavy renovation, computer shop, AA - household, kinder garden helper and old peoples house!

I found Suvimaki Clubhouse in 2001, August. Inside our clubhouse I have been working more or less active 2001 - 2006! Work orientation : Cafeteria, office unit, Kitchen, cleaning, dusting, watering flowers, helping our clubhouse leader, "Boss" , Ulla lehtinen! and helping member activity!

I participated the clubhouse Confernce in Malmö in 2004. That trip was unforgettable like a pearl, wich is going to happen only once in a life time. Everything went really neat kinda way, you know, couple of coca cola's here and there, pizza, movies, great jokes and nice sceneries.

I was petrified when the plane set course up, up thru clouds... whoooweee... yikes! Ackward moments when plane rose to the 10 000 meters, like inside "ticking" time bomb, puke was really close couple off times, back then!

When we came back it was smooth sailing, like born to fly.

Leisure time

Computers and social gathering after menthal off season! Friends are the must thing in life, thank you! Big brother's two son's are inside my heart! My god son's name is Rasmus Verneri and the elder son's name is Matias Oskari.

I listen music, DVD - movies, Pc & PS2 gamer and heavy Muscular training!

I worked inside Jyväskylä's Main library, 5 months and I really Liked the whole thing, in other word I Loved it little pieces! co-workers really outstanding, a Bigtime knockouts, inside brain! Working environment was cool and calm kinda passive, But I really wrecked my brains inside out, OOOWf! ;))

I visited daily based at our clubhouse because some relaxation and tasty meals! Oh, I forgot to tell also a Cup of hot and tasty coffee inside our lovely Cafeteria!

If I forgot something I will return, and tell more about myself and my life..!
